Porchetta is a kind of ham obtained from a year-old pig. It can be found in bone or boned in a cylindrical shape. SANDWICH WITH PORCHETTA, ASIAGO DOP, BUTTON MUSHROOMS AND WASABI MAIONESE
sesame white bread
50 gr Porchetta Trevigiana
50 gr Asiago Stagionato Mezzano cheese
1 button mushroom
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon wasabi sauce
extra virgin oil
Mix the Wasabi sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl; cut the bread in half and spread a little layer of sauce on the bottom, then fill the sandwich with the porchetta Trevigiana, salt and pepper, slices of Asiago Mezzano, the sliced mushroom, a little oil and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. To finish spread the remaining wasabi mayonnaise and serve.
