The Mascarpone Cream is a recipe loved by everyone, to be savored or used to stuff cakes; the base for a perfect Tiramisu or the delicious pairing for pandoro or panettone.
Mascarpone cream is a sweet cream, soft and tasty, quick to prepare and also suitable for vegetarian cooking.
Ingredients for 4 people:
500 gr of mascarpone
4 large eggs
80 gr of sugar
cocoa powder for decorating
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
In another bowl, whip the egg yolks with the sugar until they become light and frothy.
Add the Mascarpone to the egg yolks and sugar, stirring from the bottom upwards so as not to disassemble the mixture, add the egg whites making everything homogeneous and soft.
Pour the cream into small glasses or small cups and complete with a dusting of cocoa powder.
