Tagliatelle with Hemp Sativa with Zucchini and Shrimp
320 gr Tagliatelle of hemp sativa Visvita Bio
300 gr zucchini
100 gr of peeled shrimp
A glass of water
A pinch of salt
A pinch of chili
Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes, put them in a pan (better non-stick), add a glass of water and cook over medium heat.
Then add a pinch of salt, pepper and ginger and allow to continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
Bring abundant salted water to boil, boil the pasta for 7/8 minutes and drain.
Blanch the prawns for a few minutes and add to the zucchini sauce together with the tagliatelle, so that they maintain a beautiful bright pink color.
Mix the ingredients together and serve hot.
